Earlier this week, I tried Cyclebar for the first time. Cyclebar is an indoor cycling facility where the main goal is to  receive a full body workout using a stationary bike.

Each Cyclebar class is taught by an instructor who sets the pace and encourages students. An instructor named Morgan taught my class, and she was extremely upbeat and positive. However, she pushed the class to get out of our comfort zones and ride with full force during the high interval training.

I was surprised to learn that Cyclebar can also be an arm workout. During the middle of the class, Morgan told us to use a weighted bar and lift it with our arms while riding the bike. This was one of the most difficult aspects of the class because it required some hand eye coordination and focus. I believe this helped me a lot because I need to focus on gaining arm strength.

By the end of the class, I knew I had received a full body workout. I plan on taking another class soon and would recommend Cyclebar to anyone who is looking for a fun class to take.

A Fresh Start: Exercise


It has been a while since I last blogged, but I am back and excited to begin this journey again. My topic is exercise, which I do not know much about. I am interested in learning more about this topic and sharing my findings with readers.

According to reports and studies, exercise has many benefits other than weight loss. It can help prevent diseases, improve memory, and improve one’s quality of life. These benefits obviously require dedication and hard work, but it could all pay off.

There are many types of exercise that produce those benefits. I plan on researching each type and trying them to see which ones fit my lifestyle and preferences. Each week, I will highlight a new type of exercise in my blog posts to keep my content interesting and informative.

Exercise has been known to transform lives, and I hope to inspire and educate others through my posts.
